At this moment, Kelly Search & Selection is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant (Italian Speaker) for a Finance Shared Service Center Company in Porto.

Responsibilities:
*    Handle factoring process, post factoring statements and reconciliation
*    Process deductions and if applicable generate credit notes
*    Enter and forward invoice deductions
*    Enter and post manual invoices
*    Process AR month end closing activities
*    Perform AR reporting
*    Support in the preparation of financial statements;
*    Maintenance of accounts;
*    Participate in project work;
*    Provide support related to annual and interim audits.

Profile:
*    Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or comparable
*    Knowledge of IFRS and ideally good knowledge of accounting standards in European GAAPs
*    Fluent English and Italian both spoken and written;
*    Experienced in working with ERP systems
*    A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a Shared Service Center
*    Joy in working in a global environment
