- Rotative shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
*At the start of the project, the training will take place at home and afterwards will move on to our Braga site. All the candidates require to have fiber internet service available at home* |

The professional will have the following functions: Telephone assistance for technical assistance situations. |

Requisitos:
- Twelfth grade (High School diploma);
- Fluent in English (Written and spoken);
- Previous experience in similar functions (preferably);
- Availability to do shifts and have rotating days off;
- Strong communication and argumentation skills;
- Team player;
- Solid computer skills. |
