YOUR ROLE AT SONAE ARAUCO:
Support Iberian sites local H&S structure on the implementation of defined projects by counselling and benchmarking practices;
Provide training on Sonae Arauco Health and Safety improvement programs in the different sites in Iberia;
Ensure that the company complies with the requirements of the applicable legislation;
Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Assisting the management on long term planning by identifying and prioritizing the needs;
Review Health and Safety procedures and coordinate their implementation in all sites ;
Develop dashboards, data collection methods, near miss reporting procedures and all safety risk metric tracking;
Analyze the sites Health and Safety performance and conduct audits to ensure adherence;
Investigate accidents to identify root causes, as well as recommend measures and plans to prevent recurrence and follow its implementation in all relevant sites.

Perfil do Candidato

APPLY TO THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE:
• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, or a Technical related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar duties in a multinational environment or in an Industrial environment;
• Working knowledge of Safety rules, regulations and laws;
• Experience with investigation techniques, Root Cause Analysis, methods and theories;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Analytical and diagnostic skills;
• Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement;
• Negotiation Skills;
• Team Leadership skills;
• Availability to travel.
