Spring Professional is looking for an Incident and Problem Manager (m/f), for a multinational company in the health sector, based in Lisbon.
Duties and Responsabilities:
A strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes;
Proven incident and problem management experience;
Strong understanding of operational readiness of services, of IT services, service readiness and the required deliverables;
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels and develop relationships with them;
Experience of investigating, defining and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), keen awareness of audience, able to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Capable of working independently and collaborating with subject matter experts, business partners and technical peers to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
