The Demand Manager is in charge of supporting business strategy by providing a transparent view of Technology offerings and owning the relationship with the business and respective business areas to guarantee the IT alignment and priorities of the business needs.

Principais responsabilidades

• Manage changing business demand supported by solid technical solutions with the customer experience in mind;

• Identifies and measures business value, providing insights to inform future investment, forecast demand and influence decision making;

• Has to be service driven, ensuring alignment of all IT activities towards the provision of end-to-end services in a secure and efficient manner;

• Solutions Design & Customer Experience (advise on technological solutions to address business needs);

• Requirements Management, translate business needs to technical requirements, provide possible solutions and advise on scenarios;

• IT Project & Program management, manage the delivery of the IT projects and interface with business stakeholders and IT areas.

Perfil desejado

• Degree in Technology or similar;
• At least, 10 years of experience in similar functions;
• Fluent in English.
