Experis IT is the brand of Experis 100% focused on the technology market. We offer outsourcing and specialized recruitment solutions directly to our clients' staff. We are looking for a IT Security Engineer, for a multinational company, based in Vila Nova de Famalicão.
| | | Responsibilities:
- Assist the development of a security architecture across the company’s platforms
- Follow up on Security Incidents to ensure that proper security policies are applied to all platforms
- Review all changes done to security policies
- Assist building and maintaining the IT Security Program and assist on the conduction of the overall effort to identify security gaps and vulnerabilities within the infrastructure and drives projects to address gaps
- Assist the implementation of enterprise security projects and controls
- Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff
- Oversee security monitoring program ensuring critical daily tasks and processes are maintained and improved as required | | Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 3+ years of experience working within Information Security technologies
- Deep understanding of information systems and security infrastructure
- Experience in 2nd/3rd level support in Security incident and/or Breach management
- Experience in incident response, penetration testing and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of platforms such as McAfee, Fortinet, F5, Imperva and Windows
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience (leadership, management, end users and vendors alike)
- Demonstrate creative thinking, problem solving skills, and risk analysis
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within complex teams
- Able to travel internationally
- Team player
