Principais responsabilidades
The Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for:
- Enterprise Valuations
- Development of Financial Models
- Follow up of Financial Covenants
- Relations with Financial Institutions
Perfil desejado
- Degree in Economy, Administration, or similar area
- More than 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Banking or Financial Departments
- Strong experience in design, implementation and follow up of project finances with direct relationships with financial institutions
- Enterprise valuations based on the development and management of financial models
- Knowledge of Portuguese taxes regulation, GAAP and IFRS is an upside
- Fluent in English
