At this moment, Kelly Search & Selection is looking for a Talent & HR Manager (M/F) for a tech company located in Porto.
Responsabilities:
* Build out the People Operations Department at the office in Porto;
* Maintain oversight of all personnel functions, including employment services, employee relations, and employee engagement;
* Recruiting and applicant management;
* Work with team leaders and management to design and implement Employer Branding strategies: expansion of web presence, contacting local universities, exhibition at recruiting fairs, etc.
* Guarantee a systematic and streamlined approach to onboarding, offboarding and career path management;
* Manage HR related activities like team building events, salary processing, vacations and perks management;
* Coach the organization into the company Culture;
Profile:
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Legal or similar;
* 3+ years' experience working in similar functions;
* Knowledge of legal compliance and employment laws;
* Experience dealing with contracts is a plus;
* Fluency in English is essential, other languages is a plus
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
* Easily create an empathic relation with others;
* Be dynamic, assuming ownership of multiple diverse tasks;
* Must be well organized, detailed oriented, and able to adjust to changing priorities;
* Can-do attitude and history of making stuff happen independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work closely with different stakeholders to define key business needs and deliver on commitments.
