Principais responsabilidades

• Ensure the organization Fleet Technical Policy through the implementation and the effective follow-up of maintenance processes, planification of activity and continuous improvement of performance.

• Review and follow-up of Maintenance policies and processes throughout the fleet and the bases by leaning Technical team (FCB technical Manager, Flying superintendent, Technical Assistant, Purchase and Logistic team, IT coordinator )

• Ensure the Integrity by maintaining standards, proper level of services and maintenance follow-up in order to guarantee fleet reliability through an organized cost effective, safe and high-quality maintenance through:

• Management of a safe and high-quality Maintenance by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, customers standard, cost and duration budget, availability rate targets.

• Management of Dry Dock by scheduling, preparing and following up Dry Docks by ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements, customers standard, cost and duration budget.

• To plan and implement Maintenance objectives across the fleet (Maintenance Plan implemented and records available, Critical and show stopper equipment spare parts deployment/management).

• Supervise OSV and FCB Dry dock and unplanned maintenance operations (scope of work definition and suppliers'/shipyard contractor's management and supervision).

• Manage the Technical crew on-board vessels, through the support of the Flying Superintendent, FCB technical manager, by supervising and providing support and guidelines to CE's and local technical teams.

• Ensure full and adequate technical reporting from the vessels and shore bases.

• Ensure permanent technical compliance with the owner's technical and contractual requirements.

• Manage Bassnet Technical/maintenance module with the support of the technical assistant (used and operational on-board, used in home office, technical team training).

Perfil desejado

- University degree in Engineering;

- Strong professional background in Oil&gas sector;

- Minimum 8 or 10 years of leadership experience;

- Proven capability to deal and communicate with people both internally and externally;

- Target oriented working style, self-going and business minded;

- Good communication skills;

- Good knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish and English.
